As part of our continued growth, we are opening our second luxury jewelry showroom in Palo Alto, anticipated to open in October.
We are looking for a Jewelry Stylist to join the founding team of our new Palo Alto showroom and help create an exceptional client experience from day one.
About the Role
As a Jewelry Stylist, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and elevated showroom experience. You will work directly with clients, support appointments, assist with custom jewelry projects, and help build long-term client relationships.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a strong sense of presentation and professionalism, and takes pride in delivering thoughtful, hospitality-driven service.
This is a permanent position for our Palo Alto showroom.
Because the new showroom is currently under development, all new team members will initially complete onboarding and training at our established San Jose showroom. Once training is successfully completed and the Palo Alto showroom opens, your primary work location will transition to Palo Alto.
Candidates must be comfortable commuting to San Jose during the initial training period.
What You’ll Do
Welcome clients into the showroom with confidence, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
Create a warm and memorable first impression for every client.
Build meaningful relationships and understand each client’s needs, preferences, and vision.
Guide clients through the custom jewelry experience from consultation through final delivery.
Assist clients with jewelry selections and provide thoughtful, personalized service.
Coordinate custom jewelry projects, fittings, resizing requests, adjustments, and follow-up appointments.
Maintain communication with clients regarding appointments, project updates, production timelines, and special requests.
Collaborate with operations, production, jewelers, and showroom teams to ensure client requests are completed accurately and on time.
Anticipate client needs and provide thoughtful hospitality throughout their visit.
Support appointment flow, client check-ins, seating arrangements, and overall showroom coordination.
Maintain client-facing areas to the high visual and service standards expected of a luxury jewelry showroom.
Contribute to a positive, organized, and high-performing team environment.
Help establish the service culture and client experience of our new Palo Alto showroom.

Jewelry experience is not required. We provide comprehensive training in jewelry, custom design, client experience, and showroom operations.
