**Key Services & Responsibilities:**
– Ongoing maintenance and performance optimization of the healthcare application
– Development of enhancements including reports and security assessments
– Research and documentation of technical designs
– Programming solutions and writing/executing unit test plans
– Research, resolution, and testing of application defects
– Customer technical support and cross-team collaboration
– Review of business requirements documentation with technical manager to ensure clarity in technical implementation
– Implementation of systems and program design to meet complex business needs
– Creation of program code and technical documentation
– Development of time estimates and task planning with technical manager
– Coding, testing, debugging, implementation, and documentation of highly complex programs
– Development of complex test plans to verify program logic
– Troubleshooting complex end-user technical issues and leading solutions
– Implementation of release management processes, including promotion, testing, and release through development environments
– Coordination with infrastructure staff on technical deployment steps
**Mandatory Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent from an accredited institution (copy of degree must be submitted)
– 4 years of experience with all facets of the software development process (research, design, programming, testing, implementation)
– 4 years of experience with Java framework and technology (Spring Boot, Java EE including servlet, JPA, etc.)
– 4 years of experience with relational database platforms and technology (e.g., Oracle SQL, PostgreSQL)
– 4 years of experience in design, implementation, and deployment of Single Page Web Applications (preferably Angular and Typescript)
– 4 years of experience with SPA fundamental concepts (component-based architecture, dynamic rendering, asynchronous programming)
– 4 years of experience in REST API design and implementation with strong knowledge of API security, authentication, and authorization
– 4 years of experience with Git version control operations and branching strategies
– Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline and automation technology
