About the Role:

We are hiring an IT Support Engineer to oversee the daily IT operations at our United States site. You will ensure the office technology runs efficiently by managing system upgrades, performing hardware maintenance, and supporting end-users through our internal help desk.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Daily IT Operations:

  • Monitor and maintain the stability of the US site’s IT infrastructure;
  • Ensure system security, backups, and network connectivity are functioning properly on a day-to-day basis;

Hardware & Software Maintenance & Updates:

  • Install, configure, and update software applications to keep systems current;
  • Perform regular maintenance on all hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and servers;
  • Troubleshoot hardware failures and coordinate repairs or replacements;

Help Desk & User Support:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for the US site help desk;
  • Respond to employee technical issues via email, phone, or in-person;
  • Provide hands-on support to resolve IT tickets quickly to minimize downtime;

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in IT, or Software, or related majors;
  • Proven experience in IT support or system administration;
  • Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and software updates;
  • Experience working in a help desk environment;
  • Ability to work independently and manage the IT needs of a remote site.

 

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $66,000 to $90,000. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Company Performance Plan with a bonus target of 10.0% of the base salary.
