 Job Title: Graphic Production & Finishing Technician 

Location: Pipersville, PA Company: Graphic Imaging Employment Type: Full-Time 

Job Summary 

Graphic Imaging is seeking a skilled Graphic Production and Finishing Technician with strong attention to detail, and a solid understanding of large-format and signage production processes. The technician will work primarily in the Production area operating large-format equipment independently and producing high-quality finished projects on deadline. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Prepare and preflight files for output using Adobe Creative Cloud and Onyx color management 

• Laminate, mount, and finish posters, window clings, ADA & directory signage, and other large-format products 

• Work confidently with industry materials used for laminating, mounting, and finishing 

• Operate large-format equipment including inkjet printers, laminators, cutters, and related tools 

• Perform basic hardware maintenance and ensure proper connectivity of production equipment 

 

Production 

• Print, laminate, mount, contour-cut, and perform all related large format production activities 

• Maintain all equipment in the production area and track necessary maintenance materials (tools, oils, lint-free cloths, alcohol, etc.) 

• Keep the production area clean and organized at all times 

• Meet with the team for project launches and participate in project development and brainstorming sessions 

• Read and evaluate project scopes and perform quality checks on all work before it leaves the building 

 

Inventory & Shipping 

• Handle inventory supplies: check deliveries against purchase orders, verify accuracy, organize and store materials 

• Ensure all jobs are quality-checked by managers and the account executive before shipping 

• Create shipping labels, package outgoing projects appropriately, and include branded materials as required 

 

Qualifications 

• Basic knowledge of desktop software, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Onyx color management 

• Experience and understanding of large-format printing processes, equipment, and materials 

• Excellent organizational skills and a sharp eye for color accuracy and overall quality
