As our Fiscal Analyst 5, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, helping guide strategic financial initiatives while leading a talented team committed to operational excellence.

This is more than a fiscal management position—it’s an opportunity to influence agency-wide decisions, lead complex financial projects, and help shape the future of state government. You’ll oversee critical fiscal functions including accounting, procurement, contracts, records management, and cash receipts while driving continuous process improvement and supporting major enterprise initiatives such as the statewide OneWA implementation. Your expertise will help ensure compliance, strengthen internal controls, and deliver innovative solutions that improve how our agency serves Washingtonians.

We’re looking for a collaborative and adaptable leader who enjoys solving complex problems, thrives in a dynamic environment, and has an exceptional eye for detail. The ideal candidate is thorough, analytical, and proactive, with the ability to balance day-to-day operational oversight while leading long-term strategic initiatives. If you’re passionate about developing high-performing teams, building strong partnerships across an organization, and making a meaningful impact through public service, we’d love to hear from you.
