Thrive Therapy & Social Center is looking for a qualified Early Intervention Specialist/ Behavior Technicians (ABA therapists). Thrive has blended a startup mentality with health care by provided clients ABA, Speech and OT in the Santa Clara, San Jose, Sunnyvale and Fremont area. During this pandemic, we have modified our procedures to maximize safety for our staff and clients. You will work closely with parents/families and their infants, toddler, or child. It’s a great place to work, learn and have fun, all while improving the lives of our clients and their families.
Qualifications:
- Reliable means of transportation with proof of auto insurance and Driver’s license
- Must pass TB test and show proof of immunizations/full Covid vaccinations-mandated
- B.A/ B.S Child Development, Psychology and/or related field
- Minimum of 12 ECE units
- Must pass criminal background check
- Previous experience with childcare or related field.
- 1-2 year experience in early childhood development preferred/Ages 0-3 years old
- Ability to build rapport with children and their parents
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Bilingual is a plus
- Knowledgeable of methodologies found to benefit children with developmental delays,
Responsibilities
- Educate parents and implement an early intervention plan
- Create a positive and nurturing environment for the children/infants
- Perform a variety of tasks defined on the treatment plan
- Data taking
- Professional documentation such as notes, progress, intervention reports
Job Type: Part-time, Full-Time
County Locations: Santa Clara County
Pay: $26-30.00 per hour

- Weekend availability
