We are seeking a highly detail‑oriented Compensation Analyst to join our Human Resources team. This role will play a critical part in ensuring our compensation programs remain compliant, equitable, and aligned with organizational goals.

 

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical abilities, a commitment to accuracy, and a deep understanding of compensation principles. A key focus of this role includes conducting thorough research and analysis of positions across the organization to support fair and consistent pay practices. The analyst will also drive process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

In addition, this position requires effective partnership with internal stakeholders to gather information, support organizational decision‑making, and promote transparency in compensation processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analysis to evaluate roles and ensure equitable compensation across the organization
• Support and maintain compliance with all compensation-related regulations, policies, and procedures
• Review, enhance, and document compensation processes for efficiency and consistency
• Collaborate closely with HR, leadership, and other internal partners to deliver accurate data and insights
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail while managing multiple priorities
