Key Responsibilities

  • Build credibility with clients by delivering highly qualified candidates and consultative hiring guidance, growing and establishing key accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to grow client partnerships by understanding hiring needs, workforce gaps, and business goals.
  • Proactively source, engage, and recruit passive candidates through networking (Facebook, LinkedIn, groups), referrals, cold outbound outreach, social media content (TikTok), and relationship-building.
  • Devise marketing plans for each market and career opportunity on behalf of client organizations and communicate the value of those opportunities to candidates.
  • Proactively build and maintain hard-to-find talent pipelines aligned with client hiring criteria, culture, and long-term needs
  • Be a future-focused direct recruiting powerhouse by leveraging AI, data manipulation, list building, public information research, and creative sourcing strategies to identify, organize, and engage top talent at scale.
  • Promote candidate talent to clients to create hiring opportunities and add value beyond active job orders, and to entice clients into using our services.
  • Provide clients with market insight, hiring trends, and talent availability information to support better hiring decisions.
  • Maintain a consultative, relationship-driven approach — clients should feel helped with their daily workload, not burdened managing our projects, or sold.
  • Contribute to a fast-paced, performance-driven environment focused on creating long-term value for both clients and candidates

What does success look like?

  • Manage a high-volume workload of ~30 open roles at a time
  • Conduct a target of 20+ interviews weekly with qualified candidates
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
  • Proactively build talent pipelines through networking and diverse sourcing strategies (not a “post and pray” approach)
  • As a boutique agency, focus on quality over quantity—delivering highly qualified candidates rather than volume
