Join our team as a Child Support Specialist and play a vital role in helping families receive the support they need. In this position, you’ll manage child support cases from start to finish, including case documentation, investigations, interviews, court preparation, payment monitoring, and communication with parents, employers, attorneys, and partner agencies. You’ll also maintain compliance with state regulations, process legal filings, and provide professional customer service to the public.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with an Associate degree in Human Services, Business Administration, Paralegal Studies, or a related field, plus at least two years of experience in child support, family law, or a similar court-related environment. Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills are essential. If you’re committed to public service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
