Business Development & Technology Sales Representative

Futurism Technologies is a growing technology company helping businesses adopt AI, cybersecurity, software and digital solutions. We are looking for a confident, energetic and people-oriented individual to join our growing business development team in Massachusetts.
This is a great opportunity for a student or recent graduate who loves meeting people, networking, starting conversations and turning relationships into opportunities.
What you’ll do:
- Connect with business owners and executives through calls, email, LinkedIn and networking events
- Introduce exciting AI and technology solutions
- Develop new relationships and business opportunities
- Schedule meetings and demonstrations with prospective clients
- Work directly with Futurism’s leadership and sales team
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Outgoing, positive and confident
- A great communicator and relationship builder
- Ambitious, motivated and eager to learn
- Comfortable meeting and speaking with new people
- Interested in business, technology and AI
No IT experience required. Sales, recruiting, marketing, customer service or hospitality experience is a plus. We will train you on our technology and solutions.
Compensation: $25–$35/hour + performance-based commission/incentives
