At NovaCare Kids, we are seeking a full-time BCBA with at least 2 years of experience to join a fun, collaborative multi-disciplinary team! We are passionate about providing excellent care, from applied behavior analysis (ABA) to physical, occupational, and speech therapy – all under one roof! In this role, you’ll work with pediatric patients from birth up to 21 years old. This is a tremendous opportunity to take a small program and grow it into something special. You will play an integral roll in the success of the program! Responsibilities include completing assessments, hiring and training new BT’s, marketing, scheduling and more. Previous Clinic Director experience preferred. Our BCBAs provide ongoing supervision to Behavior Technicians and RBTs. BCBAs play an integral role in collaboration with BTs to support client success.
