What You’ll Do:
- Assist with analyzing property performance and financial metrics.
- Support in evaluating and approving rent structures and commercial deal terms.
- Contribute to market research and financial analysis for commercial leases.
- Help manage capital expenditures and track lease expirations.
- Participate in investment committee meetings and provide insights on asset valuations.
