Many students and early-career professionals feel pressure to have their career path figured out before entering or early in their careers. In this session, we will explore how greater self-awareness can help individuals better understand their motivations, priorities, strengths, and areas of potential while intentionality shaping their professional identity. Participants will learn how to take ownership of their professional development and communicate their strengths, interests, and perspectives in ways that build confidence, cultivate growth, and create opportunities throughout their careers. Attendees will leave with practical tools and insights to navigate their professional journeys with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.
