The certificate program offered through
the Kislak Real Estate Institute is a multidisciplinary program that
serves established professionals who make real estate decisions. This
can include investors, asset managers, consultants, developers,
officers of financial institutions, and many others. Those pursuing
the certificate have careers in many different fields—including
architecture, accounting, and financial services—and take courses
focusing on a variety of topics, such as real estate law,
development, appraisal, and lease analysis.
Courses are offered in the evening and
are taught by real estate professionals and professors in Monmouth's
Department of Economics, Finance, and Real Estate.
