The Big Event: Club, Organization, or Department Volunteers The Student Government Association would like to thank you for your interest in the Big Event. The Big Event has become an annual tradition at Monmouth University, and it is a day of caring which is expressed through community service at work sites near and around the Monmouth University campus. During the past 20 years, more than 5,500 members of the MU community have volunteered at more than 500 different work sites in the communities near the university. The Big Event planning committee is accepting volunteer applications until Friday, October 18, 2019.
