What You’ll Do

  • Supervise and interact with 6–7 children with emotional and/or behavioral needs in a supportive, home‑like setting
  • Engage positively with children throughout the day, building trust and modeling appropriate behavior

  • Support and implement behavioral programming, including running structured activities
  • Perform household responsibilities such as meal preparation, general cleaning, and minor maintenance to ensure a safe environment
  • Accurately record data, document progress, and maintain required records
  • Teach and reinforce proper social skills through daily interactions
  • Assist with academic programming, supervise during school hours, and complete requirements for a Teacher’s Aide license
  • Participate in sports and recreational activities with the children to promote healthy engagement and teamwork
