What You’ll Be Doing: Joining a Political Action Committee
As a Website Development Manager, you will maintain our digital front door, managing site performance and optimizing user access. New hires will receive comprehensive training, and all experience levels are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor website performance, load times, and resolve formatting errors.
- Update site content, blog entries, landing pages, and campaign imagery.
- Assist with basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to drive organic traffic.
- Collaborate with creative teams to optimize user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) layouts.
- Backup website databases and track general platform security.
Qualifications
- All experience levels welcome; introductory training is provided.
- Fundamental knowledge of HTML, CSS, or popular content management systems like WordPress.
- Basic understanding of SEO concepts and Google Analytics.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
- High organizational skill for managing digital files.
