About the Role

Apollo Insurance Group helps individuals, families, and businesses navigate one of the most complex and overwhelming topics they face: health insurance. Our role is to simplify the process, educate clients, and provide solutions that are clear, affordable, and aligned with their needs. We are continuing to grow and are looking for driven sales professionals who want to build a long-term career — not just chase short-term commissions.

Required Qualifications

  • Communication (verbal & written): Ability to clearly explain ideas and build rapport quickly
  • Active listening: Understanding customer needs instead of just pitching
  • Time management: Juggling outreach, follow-ups, and admin tasks efficiently
  • Organization: Keeping track of leads, notes, and next steps
  • Resilience: Staying motivated despite rejection
  • Coachability: Openness to feedback and willingness to improve quickly
  • Cold outreach: Emailing, calling, or messaging new leads confidently
  • Qualification: Asking the right questions to determine fit
  • Pipeline management: Keeping deals moving through stages
  • Basic negotiation: Understanding value and handling simple objections
  • Closing fundamentals: Asking for next steps or commitment
  • Thrive in a structured, performance-based sales environment

Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound warm leads and proactively pursue outbound sales opportunities
  • Conduct consultative, needs-based conversations with individual consumers and business owners
  • Educate clients on health insurance and related coverage options in a clear and professional manner
  • Build, grow, and manage a long-term book of business with residual income potential
  • Maintain consistent activity levels, follow-up, and client relationships over time
  • Meet performance benchmarks throughout training and ongoing production

Pay range and compensation package

Compensation includes:

  • Base compensation (The base salary is non-recoverable and not drawn against commissions).
  • Additional bonuses and uncapped residual income potential

Average Income:

  • Year 1: $45,000 – $60,000+
  • Year 3: $110,000 – $140,000+

(Results vary by effort, consistency, and performance.)
