We are seeking a Test Associate to support our partner who is a leader in the interactive entertainment industry. As a Test Associate, you will be working on AI products in development and will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting testing teams. The ideal candidate will have strong interest in AI technology, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Test Associate

Location: Portland, OR (onsite)

Pay Range: $17.50 + depending on experience

What’s the Job?

  • Execute functional, regression, and exploratory testing for assigned features or systems.
  • Create, update, and maintain test cases and related documentation.
  • Log clear and reproducible bugs, verify fixes, and ensure adherence to reporting standards.
  • Collaborate with developers and QA leads to clarify requirements and improve coverage.
  • Identify process or testing gaps and contribute to continuous improvement.

What’s Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong interest in working with AI, attention to detail and critical-thinking skills.
  • Experience with basic PC usage/troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency with MS Office or equivalent productivity tools.
  • Interest in XR technology, software, or gaming industries.
