Alltech Automotive LLC., a dynamic global Tier 1 automotive supplier, is seeking a Supply Chain & eCommerce Specialist to support our Mundelein, IL location. It has a global responsibility for business development, product and process development, manufacturing and sales on wheel end, brakes, suspension and steering applications, providing parts for Car and the Light Commercial Vehicle Industry. It is a global structure covering Sales all over the world as well as manufacturing facilities Asia.

We are looking for: 
A great communicator and a quick learner who likes problem-solving and analyzing data. We are looking for someone with excellent Excel skills and able to build good relationships with customers. You must have a demonstrable track record of analysis, positive attitude and a desire to learn.

Essential Job Functions

  • Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and other marketplace platforms such as Shopify, etc.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize product listings, including product titles, bullet points, descriptions, attributes, variations, backend keywords, images, and A+ Content.
  • Create and edit marketing materials, product images, banners, and other digital assets using graphic design and image editing tools such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop to support eCommerce and promotional initiatives.
  • Monitor listing health and resolve suppressed listings, policy violations, catalog errors, and other marketplace issues including customer support.
  • Execute new product launches by creating and maintaining accurate product information while ensuring marketplace compliance.
  • Optimize product content and keywords to improve search visibility, organic rankings, and conversion rates.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, coupons, deals, and other marketplace promotions.
  • Manage product pricing and monitor competitive pricing and Buy Box performance to maximize marketplace competitiveness.
  • Analyze marketplace performance by monitoring sales, traffic, conversion rates, and product performance. Prepare regular reports and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Warehouse, Customer Service, and other cross-functional teams to support successful product launches and daily marketplace operations.
  • Monitor inventory availability and coordinate with warehouse and internal teams to minimize stockouts and maintain healthy inventory levels.
  • Utilize ERP systems such as NetSuite to maintain product data and support reporting and operational activities.
  • Stay current with marketplace policies, new features, and industry trends, and recommend continuous improvements to marketplace operations.
  • Support broader supply chain and business operations beyond eCommerce as needed, including purchasing, inventory management, logistics coordination, vendor communication, and other operational responsibilities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with eCommerce operations; experience with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Shopify, or other marketplace platforms is preferred.
  • Experience managing product listings, catalog content, and marketplace operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable business insights through reporting.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Power Query.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Shopify or other eCommerce marketplaces.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Advertising Console, Amazon Brand Analytics, or similar marketplace tools.
  • Experience using NetSuite or other ERP systems.
  • Experience with EDI transactions or integrations.
  • Knowledge of Amazon SEO, A+ Content, and product content optimization.
