We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to oversee Patient Registration and Front-End Access operations, supporting areas including Emergency Department, Outpatient Services, Surgery, Cardiac Cath, and more. This role is essential in driving operational excellence, patient satisfaction, and revenue cycle performance.
Â
What You’ll Bring:
• 7+ years of Patient Access, Registration, Billing, Scheduling, or Revenue Cycle experience
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• CHAM certification required
• Strong knowledge of insurance verification, authorization, scheduling, and registration workflows
• EPIC experience highly preferred (Prelude, Cadence & MyChart)
• Ability to lead multiple teams and departments across locations
