Job Type: Part-Time (15–30 hours per week)
Compensation: $14.00–$15.50 per hour + Commission Opportunities
Position Summary
Francis Optimal Performance Chiropractic & The Spine Spa is seeking a friendly, energetic, and
dependable Spa Attendant to join our growing wellness team. This position plays an important
role in creating an exceptional patient experience by assisting with spa services, supporting
chiropractic care, maintaining a welcoming environment, and helping with daily office
operations.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has a passion for health and wellness, and
thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We are looking for someone who is eager to

Responsibilities
Patient Experience
● Welcome patients and guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
● Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
● Schedule chiropractic, massage therapy, and spa appointments while maximizing
provider schedules.
● Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures.
● Help patients complete necessary paperwork and answer general billing and insurance
questions.
● Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
Spa & Wellness Services
● Provide hands-on vibration therapy treatments and other wellness services as trained.
● Educate patients on wellness equipment and spa services.
● Demonstrate prescribed therapeutic exercises under provider direction.
● Prepare treatment rooms between appointments.
● Ensure spa rooms remain clean, organized, and welcoming.
● Launder and restock linens, towels, and treatment supplies.
● Maintain beverage stations and patient comfort areas.

Clinical Support
● Prepare heat and ice therapy for patients before chiropractic treatment.
● Assist providers with patient flow to keep appointments running on schedule.
● Offer compassionate assistance to patients experiencing discomfort or mobility
challenges.
● Participate in office emergency procedures when necessary.
Office Operations
● Restock supplements, retail products, and office supplies.
● Assist with inventory management and product displays.
● Maintain cleanliness throughout the office and spa.
● Assist the Practice Manager with administrative tasks and special projects.
● Attend monthly staff meetings and training sessions.
● Support marketing events, wellness workshops, and community outreach activities when
needed.
● Assist other team members to ensure efficient daily operations.
Qualifications
Required
● High school diploma or GED.
● Excellent customer service and communication skills.
● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
● Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
● Professional appearance and positive attitude.
● Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
● Willingness to learn new skills and accept coaching.
● Reliable transportation.
Preferred
● Experience in customer service, hospitality, fitness, spa, or healthcare.
● Medical office experience.
● Personal Training, Group Fitness, or Health & Wellness Certification.
● CPR/First Aid Certification.
● Experience working in chiropractic, massage therapy, physical therapy, or wellness
settings.
Schedule

● Part-Time (15–30 hours per week)
● Morning and evening shifts available
● Monday through Friday
● No weekends
● Occasional flexibility to assist with special events
Physical Requirements
● Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
● Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
● Ability to bend, reach, squat, and assist with light equipment setup.
● Comfortable demonstrating basic exercises and assisting patients with wellness
equipment.
