Who we are
tmrw is an independent culture magazine and creative studio. We work directly with labels, publicists, brand teams, and talent across the US, UK, Korea, Japan, and Latin America. Print distribution runs through Barnes & Noble in the US and Nippan IPS in Japan.
We’re a team of under ten. That means the work you make goes out under the magazine’s name, not into a folder someone else reviews for a quarter.
What you’d actually do
Grow the page. That’s the priority and we’ll be honest about it.
You’d own distribution across our channels, build and run paid campaigns, cut video for Reels and short form, create original content, and help shape the social strategy behind every cover release and issue launch. You’d work with footage from real editorial shoots, real interviews, and real talent, and figure out how it lives on a feed.
You’ll learn what actually moves a follower count versus what just looks busy, and you’ll have the numbers in front of you either way.
What we’re looking for
Someone who edits fast and has taste. Comfortable in Premiere or CapCut, comfortable in Meta Ads Manager or willing to get there quickly. An eye for fashion and editorial imagery, and opinions about what’s working on social right now that you can back up.
Experience isn’t the requirement. Follow-through is. We notice who answers.

A portfolio built from world-class talent and creatives, not spec work. Real paid media experience with a live budget. Growth numbers you can point to in an interview. A reference from us that means something, if you earn it.
