Cleveland Clinic is hiring experienced RNs for its new Neurological Institute, opening in 2026 in Cleveland, Ohio. This state-of-the-art center offers Nursing professionals the chance to join a highly collaborative, research-driven environment dedicated to advancing the next generation of brain, spine, and neurological care. As part of this groundbreaking team, you will be a vital contributor in shaping innovative clinical programs and supporting exceptional patient outcomes.

Depending on role and unit, schedules may include 12-hour shifts, day/night rotation, and floating based on patient care needs.

Basic qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
  • ADN or BSN
  • BLS certification
  • One-year of current acute care RN experience (Military RN experience transferable)

Role Overview

This is a strong opportunity for nurses who want structured support while strengthening experience in a high-acuity neurological setting. You’ll care for patients with complex conditions such as stroke, brain tumors, epilepsy, movement disorders, multiple sclerosis, and spine injuries, while working alongside multidisciplinary teams in a major academic health system. 

Facility and work environment

The new Neurological Institute will include:

  • All-private rooms
  • Floor-to-ceiling windows
  • Video monitoring technology
  • Computer touchdown space between every two inpatient rooms
  • Lavender rooms for caregiver decompression on inpatient floors

The pay range displayed does not include any applicable pay practices (e.g., shift differentials, overtime, etc.) or the value of Cleveland Clinic’s benefits package (e.g., healthcare, dental and vision benefits, retirement savings account contributions, etc.).
