Position Overview:
This position is responsible for coordinating Early Learning Coalition (ELC) referrals, office services and related activities, and for providing administrative/secretarial support to the Compliance Manager and staff members of the Healthy Beginnings Entry Agency as assigned.
Here’s what the job involves:
Manage incoming correspondence, calls, and referrals, ensuring timely responses and case assignments.
Contact parents/guardians regarding ELC referrals, provide results, offer services, and schedule required appointments.
Coordinate warm hand-off calls from ELC staff and schedule second-level assessments with Developmental Consultants (DC/DCLs).
Serve as the primary liaison between Healthy Beginnings staff and partners such as the Early Learning Coalition, ensuring accurate communication and follow-up.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and monthly packets for community partners and child care providers.
Provide general program support, including data entry, compliance tracking, and relief coverage for the front desk as needed.
Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree or equivalent.
Two (2) years of related experience.
Bilingual English/Spanish required.
Ability to work Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm with one day per week working 11am-7:30pm
Valid Florida’s driver’s license is required.
