Job Summary

As a full-service real estate firm specializing in property and asset management, capital projects, and sales & leasing, we are seeking a dynamic Real Estate Property Manager to support our day-to-day operations. Working under limited supervision, this role provides comprehensive operational support to the Real Estate Management Team. The ideal candidate will assist across all facets of the business, including property management, real estate brokerage support, and marketing.

Essential Skills & Competencies

To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess the following essential skills:

Property & Project Coordination: Ability to efficiently coordinate routine maintenance, emergency repairs, apartment turnovers, and large-scale capital improvement projects.

Financial & Budgetary Aptitude: Proficiency in researching supply/service costs, analyzing vendor bids, and assisting with the preparation of monthly/quarterly management reports and HOA annual budgets.

Technical Proficiency: Strong desktop software knowledge, including Microsoft Office (with a solid understanding of Excel spreadsheet functions) and Google Suite.

Relationship Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage ongoing tenant, trustee, and vendor relations.

Multitasking & Time Management: Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Marketing Execution: Ability to support and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including online platforms, social media, signage, and direct mail.

Duties and Responsibilities

Portfolio Management: Perform daily management tasks for residential rental housing (single units and multi-family buildings) as well as Homeowners Associations (HOAs).

Maintenance & Capital Projects: Coordinate routine and emergency maintenance; track and monitor status of work assigned to vendors.

Administrative & Data Management: Maintain organized tenant, trustee, vendor, and property files, including insurance certificates, lease abstracts, and compliance tracking.

Vendor & Bid Coordination: Work closely with vendors to compile maintenance lists, research costs, and secure competitive bids in compliance with company guidelines.

Marketing Support: Assist with leasing marketing campaigns utilizing online platforms, social media, print, and physical signage.

Special Projects: Support the team on seasonal and specialized tasks, including HOA annual budgeting, apartment turnovers, and capital improvement workflows.

Job Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Reliable transportation for property visits and project oversight.

Prior experience in Real Estate, administration, or property management is a plus.
