Product Manager

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

 

Role Overview

Seeking a Product Manager who is highly execution-oriented and comfortable using AI tools effectively in day-to-day product management activities.

The ideal candidate does not need to build AI models or have deep machine learning expertise but should understand how to apply AI-powered tools and workflows to improve product discovery, analysis, documentation, automation, decision-making, and overall product delivery.

This role will work closely with engineering, business, operations, and analytics teams to support product initiatives across digital payments and platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities

·       Define and support the execution of product roadmaps and feature initiatives

·       Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, and business stakeholders

·       Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements and customer feedback

·       Translate business needs into user stories, workflows, and product specifications

·       Leverage AI tools and platforms to improve productivity, research, documentation, reporting, analysis, and product workflows

·       Use data and insights to drive product decisions and continuous improvements

·       Support product launches, stakeholder communication, and execution tracking

·       Conduct market and competitive analysis using modern AI-assisted research tools

·       Drive operational efficiency and process improvements across product initiatives

 

Required Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

·       3–4 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, or related roles

·       Strong understanding of product management fundamentals and Agile methodologies

·       Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Notion AI, or similar productivity and research platforms

·       Ability to use AI effectively for documentation, analysis, workflow optimization, presentations, research, and decision support

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·       Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

·       Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt in fast-paced environments

 

Preferred Qualifications

·       Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or digital platforms

·       Familiarity with APIs, analytics platforms, or digital product ecosystems

·       Experience working with Jira, Confluence, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI

·       Understanding of emerging AI trends and practical enterprise AI use cases
