On-Site Service Representative (Part-Time, 20 Hours/Week)

Position Summary:
The On-Site Service Representative (OSR) supports customer locations by managing inventory, stocking products, and delivering excellent customer service. This position works closely with customers to maintain inventory levels, identify product needs, and support Grainger’s inventory management programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Service multiple customer locations throughout assigned territory
• Receive, stock, and organize products at customer sites
• Monitor inventory levels and scan products for replenishment
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Follow assigned routes and schedules
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and service efficiency
• Maintain compliance with customer site safety requirements
• Engage customers to identify additional product and service needs
• Partner with sales teams to support account growth
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a service, customer-facing, or sales environment
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must maintain required automobile insurance coverage
• Ability to lift 25–60 pounds and work in physical environments
Compensation:
Pay Range: $23.27 – $29.09 per hour
