Required Weekly Availability:

Downtown Orlando Office: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays (3 days/week, 28-30 hours per week)

Candidate Qualifications that are a must:

  • 1-2 Year Receptionist experience preferred – Medical Office Setting Preferred!
  • Must be Organized and able to Multi-Task

  • Self Motivated and pro active

Job Description:

  • Scheduling patients
  • Answer multiple telephone lines, screen and direct calls
  • Take and relay messages
  • Provide information to callers/patients
  • Greet and check in patients
  • Direct persons to correct destination
  • Deal with queries from patients
  • Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
  • General administrative and clerical support
  • Prepare letters and documents
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Verify Insurance
  • Update Patient Information / medical records handling
  • Scanning of medical records
  • HIPAA compliance
  • Update Medical Forms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
