Position Summary
We are seeking motivated new graduates interested in gaining hands-on clinical experience as a Medical Assistant in our orthopaedic clinics. This role is ideal for individuals pursuing future careers in healthcare (PA, NP, nursing, medical school) who want exposure to direct patient care in a fast-paced specialty setting.

Responsibilities

Support physicians, PAs, and nurses with patient care.

Prepare exam rooms and assist with patient intake (vitals, history, documentation).

Learn and apply orthopaedic workflows including casting, bracing, and post-operative care.

Coordinate scheduling, follow-up care, and electronic health record (EHR) documentation.

Provide excellent customer service to patients and families.

Qualifications

Recent graduate or soon-to-graduate student in a healthcare-related field (biology, health sciences, pre-PA, pre-med, etc.).

Strong interest in orthopaedics and direct patient care.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

Prior clinical experience helpful but not required—training will be provided.
