Role Description
This is a Volunteer Internship Role for 6 months and will be converted to PAID Internship role/FULL TIME for a Mechanical Design Engineer after Trainee Intern at JIO ROBOTICS. The role is located in Columbia, MD, NO REMOTE WORK. The trainee will be involved in day-to-day tasks related to design engineering, machine design, mechanical engineering, product design, and computer-aided design (CAD).
Qualifications
- Design Engineering, Machine Design, and Mechanical Engineering skills
- Experience in Product Design and Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) MUST
- Experience in robotics or automation industry -Mandatory
- Experience with 3D design and simulation with AUTOCAD & 3D Must
- Strong programming skills in relevant languages Python, C++, DL & ML
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
