About the Opportunity

Sky Alliance Inc. is a rapidly growing customer acquisition and marketing firm representing nationally recognized clients in telecommunications, technology, and consumer services.

As our clients continue expanding into new markets, we are developing future leaders who can help manage teams, oversee operations, and support market growth across the country.

We do not hire managers externally. Instead, we promote from within through a structured Management Training Program designed to develop professionals from entry-level customer acquisition into leadership and management roles.

What You’ll Do

Phase 1: Customer Acquisition

  • Represent our clients in business-to-business campaigns
  • Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
  • Learn our sales and customer acquisition systems
  • Develop communication and presentation skills

Phase 2: Leadership Development

  • Train and mentor new team members
  • Assist with team performance and development
  • Learn leadership and coaching techniques
  • Help drive team goals and results

Phase 3: Management Training

  • Participate in recruiting and interviewing
  • Learn operational and administrative responsibilities
  • Assist in campaign management and client reporting
  • Develop skills in team building and market management

Phase 4: Market Management

  • Oversee a team and territory
  • Manage client relationships
  • Support expansion into new markets
  • Lead recruiting, training, and performance initiatives
