What’s in it for me?
- Location: varies based on case load and you decide (Metro area)
- Hours/days: You will build your schedule based on the cases you take (PT or FT)
- Full time salary range: $54,000 – $78,000
$35 – $50/per visit rate plus paid mileage - Full-time benefits: generous health insurance reimbursement plan, 401k, multiple bonus and continuing education, paid time off

What will I be doing?
- Complete patient visits as needed under the direction of the RN Case Manager.
- Participates in the implementation and oversight of nursing and home health aide services.
- Nursing skills may include phlebotomy, wound care, catheter care, medication management and patient education.
