Loss Prevention Coordinator II

Location: Coraopolis, PA (Hybrid)

Duration: 6-Month Contract

Pay Rate: $23/hr 

 

Job Summary

We are seeking an LP Coordinator II to support Loss Prevention operations, reporting, and security-related projects. This role will work with stores, vendors, and internal teams to help manage alarms, cameras, EAS equipment, service requests, reporting, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Track and coordinate Loss Prevention service tickets, repairs, and installations.
  • Work with vendors and internal teams to support LP projects and store needs.
  • Ensure projects and program updates are communicated to stores.
  • Maintain reports and dashboards using Excel and other reporting tools.
  • Monitor vendor performance, service trends, and unresolved work orders.
  • Support alarm permit tracking, renewals, compliance, and invoicing.
  • Assist with training materials, SharePoint updates, and project documentation.
  • Support new store openings and remodel projects, including alarm setup and LP system reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Loss Prevention, customer service, technical support, retail operations, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of project coordination experience.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Microsoft PowerPoint

Preferred Skills

  • Loss Prevention or retail security experience.
  • Knowledge of alarm systems, cameras, and EAS equipment.
  • Power BI, Alteryx, and Salesforce experience.

Schedule

  • Monday & Friday: Remote
  • Tuesday-Thursday: Onsite in Pittsburgh, PA
