Position Summary: The Life Insurance Producer is responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with clients to provide tailored life insurance solutions that meet their financial protection needs. This role involves prospecting new clients, conducting needs-based assessments, presenting policy options, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory and company standards. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, community involvement, and outbound marketing efforts. • Conduct client consultations to assess financial goals, income protection needs, and insurance requirements. • Present customized life insurance solutions that align with client objectives, including term, whole, and universal life policies. • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and application submission to policy delivery and post-sale follow-up. • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, ensuring all client information and documentation comply with company and state regulations. • Stay informed about current insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends. • Build lasting client relationships through ongoing service, policy reviews, and cross-selling opportunities. • Collaborate with underwriters and administrative staff to ensure timely and accurate processing of applications. • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals as established by the agency.
