What You’ll Do
· Make outbound calls to cold prospects insurance leads
· Start meaningful conversations and identify customer needs
· Schedule qualified appointments for our licensed insurance agents
· Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activities in our CRM
· Meet and exceed daily call and appointment goals
· Represent our agency with professionalism and enthusiasm
What We’re Looking For
· A positive attitude and outstanding work ethic
· Confidence speaking with people over the phone
· The ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
· Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
· Strong communication and listening skills
· Reliable, coachable, and eager to learn
· Sales, customer service, telemarketing, or call center experience is helpful but not required
