Quintrix is seeking engineers eager to advance their careers in .Net Development with a prestigious client in banking and financial services. This opportunity includes a comprehensive 4-week online pre-employment training program (15 hours per week), conveniently scheduled after business hours. Participants who successfully complete the program will receive a $500 stipend. This is a fantastic chance to gain in-demand skills, hands-on experience, and a pathway into a dynamic tech role.

Job Title: Junior .Net Developer

Location: Austin TX (Hybrid 2-3 days Onsite)

Prerequisites: 

  • Bachelors’ degree in Computer Engineering or related degree and/or practical experience. Advanced degrees and/or other professional certifications are a plus.
  • Hands on experience gained through at least 1 year in a software development role.
  • Proficiency in C#/.NET (including .NET Core) and relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
  • Recent experience working in Agile (Scrum or Kanban) teams, as both a practitioner and an adherent, using Jira/Confluence.
  • Ability to perform code reviews, debug, and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Candidates should be able to commute/relocate to the job location.
  • Candidates should be able to commit to work a minimum of 15 months.

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Familiarity with event-driven programming (RabbitMQ or similar).
  • Basic PowerShell for scripting/automation.
  • Experience in financial industry-specific technologies, such as FIX messaging, market data APIs, and trade order management systems (OMS).
  • Control-M (job scheduling).
  • SonarQube or Veracode for code quality/security.
  • Knowledge of Splunk (monitoring/log analysis).
  • Experience with cloud technologies; AWS, GCP, or PCF will be a plus.
  • Strong customer focus with a sense of ownership and determination to drive solutions in a collaborative environment.

 

Selection Process 

1. Technical interview by Quintrix and online assessment.

2. Client Interviews (2 rounds).

 

Training

  • 4 weeks of pre-employment training during onboarding.
  • Stipend – $500.
