The Jr. Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and successful delivery of staffing and technology solutions. This role is ideal for someone with 0-3 years of experience in recruiting, account management, client success, or staffing who is looking to transition into a client-facing account management role.

You will work closely with our sales, recruitment, and delivery teams to ensure clients receive high-quality talent and outstanding service while identifying opportunities to expand our partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and key stakeholders
  • Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with recruiters to deliver qualified candidates
  • Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns proactively
  • Manage interview scheduling, candidate feedback, onboarding, and ongoing consultant engagement
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through additional staffing and technology services
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to prioritize hiring needs and improve delivery timelines
  • Monitor account activity, consultant performance, and client satisfaction
  • Resolve client issues quickly and ensure a high level of service
  • Maintain accurate account updates and activity within CRM systems

Required Qualifications

  • Understanding of account management, client success, recruiting, or IT staffing
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Professional presentation and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/ATS platforms
  • Understanding of technology services
  • Understanding of the staffing lifecycle, from requirement intake through consultant onboarding
