Intern – Part Time
Location: Burlington County Institute of Technology – Central Office
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Intern to support departmental projects and daily operations. This role offers hands-on experience in a professional office environment and exposure to cross-functional initiatives.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable assisting with a variety of tasks as needs arise.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and project support
- Assist with promotional materials such as flyers, banners, and digital ads
- Help coordinate internal activities and special projects
- Prepare basic reports, summaries, and correspondence
- Support event logistics and on-site assistance as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school degree, or equivalent (required)
- Graphic design experience (required)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Professional communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Hourly Rate: $22.00 – $24.00
