Job Title: Entry-Level Insurance Sales Agent (Career Starter Role)
Location: Plantation, FL
Schedule: Full-time Monday – Friday 9am- 5pm IN PERSON
Compensation: Base Pay + Commissions + Bonus Incentives

Pay Range: Annual salary starts at $45,000 Base pay + bonus incentives including commissions

What You’ll Do
- Face-to-face client interactions in the community
- Prospecting and outreach by phone to generate new business
- Enjoy a dynamic, high-energy sales role with meaningful daily activity
- Learn and engage in multiple areas of insurance, including:
- Life
- Auto/Home
- Health
- Business coverage (as applicable)
- Participate in marketing efforts and community engagement to help promote our services

- Comfortable with phone prospecting and in-person outreach
- Ability to study and test for insurance license exams
