Express Employment Professionals of Centennial is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for a machine shop in Englewood, CO. The ideal candidate will have 5 years’ experience in a sales environment [not call center] to ensure that domestic and international customers are retained and satisfied.
Job Highlights:
- Build and develop relationships with your customer base
- Provide status reports to customers/stakeholders as required
- Conduct effective and efficient assessment with the customer for clarity of issue and to determine root concern
- Problem solve and provide solutions to assist the customer in the following
areas (but not limited to); warranty, parts, orders, shipping, inventory, purchasing, accounting and sales - Data entry & sales report generation
What we look for:
- 5+ yrs experience as an Inside Sales Rep (not call center)
- 2+ yrs experience with an ERP system
- International clientele exposure
- Mechanically inclined, preferred
- Attention to detail, follow-up, and ability to set appropriate priorities
- Strong orientation for math, measurements and numbers
