Influencer & Affiliate Lead at Atoms

Atoms is a premium footwear brand in NYC, repositioning around one idea: walking. We are standing up a creator and affiliate program from zero this quarter, and we need the person who runs it end to end.

The role: You own influencer and affiliate end-to-end. Finding the right creators, building the relationships, closing the deals, and making sure every partnership drives revenue – not reach for its own sake.

This is not a strategy job. The strategy exists. This is the job of making 200 creators say yes.

What you will do

  • Build and own the creator pipeline: find them, DM them, price them, close them
  • Source TikTok and Instagram creators in walking, health, daily fit-check, and 10k-steps content – people with consistent 100k+ view reach across their last 10 videos
  • Negotiate creator packages and make both sides feel good about it
  • Run posting waves: everyone briefed, everyone delivered, everyone posting inside the same 2-hour window
  • Manage clipping channels (Whop and similar) as an amplification layer
  • Stand up the affiliate program: links, rates, tracking, payouts, leaderboard
  • Report weekly on the only numbers that matter: cost per creator, views per dollar, link-attributed revenue, CAC vs. the $20 blended target

Who you are

The most important thing: you have done this before at a similar stage and you have proof. Beyond that:

  • You have personally closed 50+ creator deals and can show the receipts
  • You have built or meaningfully grown an affiliate program yourself – not managed one someone else set up
  • Your cold outreach gets replies. You write well and you know how to make a pitch feel personal
  • You understand attribution. You know the difference between a creator who looks good and a creator who drives revenue, and you can tell them apart before signing the deal
  • You are comfortable with affiliate and creator tooling on Shopify – Shopify Collabs, Social Snowball, Refersion, Superfiliate, or similar
  • You live inside TikTok and X. You knew about the last three viral DTC launches while they were happening, and you can explain the mechanics of why they worked
  • You negotiate in DMs comfortably and follow up without being asked
  • You work well without much structure. You set your own priorities and you follow through
  • You are scrappy by default. A no from a creator’s manager is the start of the conversation
  • You care about DTC and creator culture beyond the paycheck – this space is where you would be spending your time anyway
  • Bonus: you have built your own audience, newsletter, or community at any scale
  • Bonus: you have run a Whop clipping campaign or a Spark Ads whitelist

Why join Atoms

  • The product does the convincing. Atoms invented perfect fit sizing, and customers write us reviews that read like letters. Your job is distribution, not persuasion
  • You work directly with the founder. Decisions take hours, not weeks
  • Early enough that your work visibly moves the number – this channel’s revenue line starts at zero and you own everything it becomes
  • Everything is measured, and work that moves a number gets more room. Work that does not gets cut – including ours

The bar for the first 90 days

  • Wave one live: 3-4 creators posted in-window, clipped, and measured
  • Wave two live: 5-6 more, informed by wave one numbers
  • Affiliate program running with the first 25 creators carrying links
  • A pipeline doc with 200 qualified creators, priced and staged

Details

  • Full-time or full-time contractor to start
  • NYC preferred, remote considered for the right person
  • Comp: base + performance tied to link-attributed revenue (range shared in first conversation)

To apply, send:

  • Three creators you would sign for Atoms this week, what you would pay each, and one line on why
  • The best affiliate or influencer campaign you have run – what you did, what it drove
  • Links to any relevant work

No cover letter. We read every application.
