In-Home Caregiver Needed (Part-Time)

We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and patient caregiver to assist a female member in her home setting. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful connections and providing hands-on support with daily care needs.

Requires full-care assistance, including use of a Hoyer lift, help with showers, dressing, brief changes, transfers, and other daily living activities. Care is provided in a comfortable home environment with support from family members.

The member enjoys puzzles, chess, cribbage, horses, and spending time visiting and engaging in activities. We are looking for someone who is kind, attentive, personable, and able to create a positive and respectful environment.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting with full-care needs and transfers using a Hoyer lift
  • Help with showers, dressing, toileting, and hygiene care
  • Assistance with daily ADLs and mobility support
  • Light companionship and engagement in activities/interests
  • Assisting with routine care throughout the shift
  • Comfortable working in a home with a dog

Schedule:This position follows a rotating two-week schedule. Hours vary depending on the week and day, with typical shifts being approximately 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM.

Qualifications Preferred:

  • Caregiving experience preferred
  • Experience with Hoyer lifts or willingness to learn
  • Reliable, patient, and compassionate
  • Comfortable with pets
  • Strong communication and dependability
