Join our Game Day Crew and be part of the excitement on game nights! As a member of the Game Day Crew, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our fans by supporting a variety of responsibilities, including setting up and breaking down concourse entertainment stations, distributing game programs and giveaways, and assisting with other fan engagement activities. This part-time role is ideal for those looking to gain hands on experience in sports while providing excellent customer service.

 

In this role you will:

Support and execute various game-night duties, including the setup and teardown of concourse decorations, entertainment stations, distribution of game programs and giveaways, and other tasks as needed to ensure a seamless and enjoyable fan experience

Collaborate with vendors to enhance their concourse presence, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement through effective support and promotion of their booths

Deliver exceptional customer service to all fans, setting the standard for a positive and memorable entertainment experience through friendly, helpful, and courteous interactions

Work scheduled home games and select OKC Blue games

Interact with fans to create memorable experiences through concourse photo stations and other interactive elements

Perform other duties as assigned

 

What you’ll bring to the role:

Must be at least 18 years of age

Motivated self-starter with the ability to complete tasks independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail with excellent listening skills

Basketball knowledge and interest is a plus

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage guests of all ages and backgrounds

Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines

Bilingual in Spanish and English is beneficial

 

Additional details:

This is a part-time position reporting to the Live Production and Game Day Experience Coordinator. The work schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays throughout the season. Availability is required 3-4 hours before tip-off and 1-2 hours after each game, up to 30 hours per week. Physical demands include walking, standing for extended periods, and lifting and carrying heavy items. Events may take place in both indoor and outdoor venues with varying temperatures. The primary work location is the Paycom Center in Oklahoma City. The Paycom Center environment features loud music, crowd noise, and flashing lights.
