JTCC is looking for an energetic and friendly individual for the position of Front Desk Associate. The perfect candidate will be a dynamic customer service professional who will provide our members and guests with a great experience. Exceptional interpersonal and phone skills, enthusiasm, and multi-tasking are a must! Candidates must be able to work multiple shift types including night, weekend, and opening. Must be able to work one holiday out of the year.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet, communicate with and welcome guests and directing them appropriately.
- Answer all the customers’ questions and address their complaints and questions
- Answer all incoming calls, redirect them when needed
- Running Point of Sale software
- Receive letters, packages and send them to appropriate destination.
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area
- Make tennis court reservations, book lessons and ring up customer purchases
Understanding and enthusiasm for the sport of tennis is a plus.
Pay: $15.00 per hour. Company benefits available for qualifying full-time employees.
