Financial Analyst
West Chester, PA (Onsite)
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM
We are seeking a Financial Analyst with at least 2 years of experience to support forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and operational analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, experience working with large datasets, and the ability to provide financial insights to leadership teams.
Responsibilities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Analyze financial data, variances, and business performance
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and leadership presentations
- Manage and validate financial datasets
- Assist with month-end close and reconciliations
- Partner with operations and cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of Financial Analyst experience
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS)
- Experience with financial reporting and data analysis
- Power BI, Power Query, or Oracle experience preferred
