LOGIS is seeking an Assistant to join our ERP Application Support Team. In this role, you’ll provide daily support to users of LOGIS applications, helping ensure our members can work efficiently and effectively.
 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing user setups and deletions
  • Providing general application assistance to members
  • Supporting special projects and team initiatives
  • Responding to and resolving issues through the Halo ticketing system (primary support platform)
     

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, customer service, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced support environment.
 

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Suite
  • Clear and professional communication skills (verbal and written), with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Some accounting background
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel formulas, Word formatting)
  • Experience in a data processing environment, ideally providing application support
  • Experience working with an ERP system; JDE experience preferred
     

How to Apply: 

This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) with a limited 1-year term and the possibility of extension depending on workload. The role offers a predominantly remote schedule with flexible hours; candidates must be available at least four days per week. The hiring range for this position is $20.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. The position will remain open until filled, and applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis as they are received.

All offers are contingent on the candidate successfully passing a background check by the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, which includes fingerprinting.
 

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship. LOGIS participates in the E-Verify program and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.
