About Gritstone

Gritstone is an AT&T Authorized Dealer with nearly a decade of proven success in the DFW market. We develop leaders, not just salespeople. Everyone starts in the sales position because we don’t put people in charge of training others on something they haven’t done themselves.

There’s a clear path forward for the right person.

This is a daily hybrid position: our team connects virtually every morning for

training, development, and team culture, then meets in person with clients each

afternoon. You’ll have daily direct access to leadership and consistent team support built

into every workday. Reliable personal transportation is required.

The Culture

We are a company that thrives on both personal and professional development. We believe that life goals and work goals go hand in hand, so each team member connects each morning with top performers from major markets across the country for extra training and feedback, as well as mentorship with our company’s owner. Outside of work we keep it simple: weekly networking events, happy hours, pickleball, Rangers games, travel trips each quarter, and celebrating when someone gets promoted or hits a milestone. We take care of and value each other as both individuals and members of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily in-person appointments with clients
  • Open new wireless, fiber, and streaming accounts for AT&T
  • Upgrade accounts for existing customers
  • Participate daily in virtual team meetings and collaborative work environment
  • Maintain and grow product and industry knowledge through ongoing training
  • Progress into lead management and team development responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

  • 1–5 years of customer-focused or sales experience preferred but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable personal transportation
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment
  • Experience with Zoom, Microsoft Office, or Google Drive
  • Public speaking or training experience
  • A competitive mindset and desire to lead

Who This Is For

  • Someone early in their career who wants real leadership responsibility
  • Someone competitive and sports-minded
  • Someone who wants a mentor, not just a manager
  • Someone ready to follow a proven system and eventually lead one

Who This Is NOT For

  • Someone looking for a remote or desk job
  • Someone who wants to stay in sales with no interest in leadership
