Position: Entry-Level Manager – Leadership Development Program (Remote)

We are seeking motivated and coachable individuals who are eager to grow their careers quickly. In this role, you will help guide and mentor a team, contribute to sales initiatives, and develop leadership skills in a fully remote environment.

This role is designed to be more than a job—it’s an opportunity to build a long-term career path.

Key Responsibilities:

Mentor and support team members in achieving performance goals

Lead through direct involvement in sales and customer support activities

Track performance metrics and help develop strategies for team success

Coordinate and conduct virtual onboarding and training sessions

Foster strong, encouraging communication across your team

Adapt and succeed in a fast-moving remote work setting

Qualifications:

Strong leadership potential and passion for helping others grow

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including virtual communication platforms

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset

Background in customer service, sales, or leadership is helpful but not required

Degree and prior experience preferred, but not mandatory
