Direct Support Professional (DSP):
As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll provide hands-on care, guidance, and encouragement to adults with autism in a residential home setting. Every day is different, and every day gives you the chance to make a lasting difference.
In this role, you will:
* Support residents with daily living skills and personal care
* Assist with medication administration and health-related needs
* Help create structure, routine, and a positive home environment
* Encourage independence, communication, and community engagement
* Build meaningful relationships with residents and your team
* Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the residential home

Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED (diploma/transcripts required)
* Must be at least 20 years old
* Valid New Jersey driver’s license
* Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
* Ability to interact respectfully and professionally with individuals with autism
* Must successfully complete all required background screenings, including:
* Central Registry
* DMV check
* Fingerprinting
* Drug screening
* Physical and PPD
